A Bit About Me
I believe each person carries the strength to choose their own path toward healing. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you navigate the places that feel heavy or confusing while holding hope that change is always possible, even when the way forward feels unclear.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist working toward licensure, I walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of life and relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion, creating a space where you can slow down, explore your story, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and emotions that shape your experience and create space for growth, connection, and new ways of relating.
In our work together, we’ll walk at a pace that feels right for you. Along the way, we’ll listen not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to the ways your body responds—the tension, stillness, or sensations that can tell us what you’ve been carrying and what you might need to heal.
I believe therapy is a place to be met exactly where you are, with honesty, empathy, and respect. My hope is that our work together will help you find light, even in the darkest places, and remind you that you don’t have to walk this path alone.
Supervision
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Clinical Trainee (MS, MHP) working toward full licensure in the state of Minnesota. My work is grounded in a belief that healing happens in connection—to ourselves and to others—and that change is always possible, even in the most uncertain moments.

In my practice, I integrate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, and Narrative Therapy, approaching each person and relationship with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Before beginning clinical work, I supported adolescents in correctional settings and families during court ordered supervised visitations—experiences that strengthened my respect for resilience, relational repair, and the courage it takes to rebuild trust and connection.

Education
2023-2025
Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy
Capella University
I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2025, graduating with distinction. My graduate work deepened my understanding of systemic and relational dynamics, attachment, and how our earliest experiences shape the way we connect and heal.
2019-2023
Psychology
St. Cloud University
Before that, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at St. Cloud State University in 2023, graduating with honors. My studies there provided a foundation in human development, trauma, and relational psychology—knowledge that continues to guide my work with individuals and families today.
