Somatic Experiencing® (SEP) is a body-focused, trauma-informed approach that helps regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of safety and balance. In our sessions, we work with your body’s natural cues—through gentle touch, awareness of sensations, and guided somatic exercises—to help release stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body. Sessions are tailored to your needs, creating a safe space where you can explore your physical and emotional experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with your body’s innate capacity for healing.
