"Healing begins the moment we remember we have a choice - to pause, to listen, to return to what is true."

A Bit About Me

I specialize in walking alongside women who feel pulled in a thousand directions—navigating motherhood, careers, relationships, and their own wellbeing. Many of the women I work with are high-achievers who suddenly find themselves burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed, wondering how to keep everything together.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) clinician. My background includes advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Advanced Sandtray Therapy, and trauma-informed care. These approaches allow me to help clients not just “talk through” stress, but truly release it from the body, build resilience, and restore balance.

In our work together, my priority is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe therapy is about more than problem-solving—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, healing old wounds, and learning new ways to live with clarity and strength.

I collaborate closely with my colleague, Breanna Gronli, to walk alongside families in their healing. Together, we strive to nurture the whole family system, ensuring each member feels supported, valued, and understood in their individual journey.

Sometimes, my Golden Doodle, Willow, joins us in session. Her calming presence often helps clients relax into the process.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy can be the place where you remember you don’t have to carry it all alone—and where you begin to reclaim your life.

Education

2014-2016

Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy
Nova Southeastern University

In this program I chose to walk alongside couples, families and individuals—helping each person see their possibilities and strengthen their connections. I was able to how lives link together, how patterns in relationships matter, and how I can bring hope and change through listening, reflecting, and supporting. It’s about developing my own soundness—knowing who I am, how I show up—and learning therapy tools grounded in empathy, respect and deep humanity. I said “yes” to the invitation: I may help others heal, I may empower families, I may build a career that holds meaning and service.

2010-2013

Liberal Arts & Psychology
University of Minnesota Morris

At the University of Minnesota Morris, studying psychology through a liberal arts lens is all about understanding people — their thoughts, emotions, choices, and potential for growth. I explored what it means to be human, guided by professors who truly care and a community that values curiosity and compassion. Like Timshel — “thou mayest” — this program reminds you that you have the power to choose your path, to understand yourself and others more deeply, and to use that insight to make a positive difference in the world.
